The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leslie Ngo-Castaneda conducted an continuation annual required visit and inspection of the facility. LPA met with house manager, Deborah WIlliams, who is the house manager was advised the reason of the visit. At 12:59 PM Tiffany Towers who is the clinical director met with LPA, explained the reason for the visit.

At 12:46 PM, with the assistance of staff, LPA took a tour of the physical plant. Required postings were observed in the entry area. At 2:01 PM the smoke alarms were tested and are operational, they are located in each bedroom, the hallway and kitchen. There are carbon monoxide detectors that functions properly. The fire extinguisher is in the kitchen and the hallway. The charge date is 1/15/2026. During the visit the facility is at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The facility is fire cleared for six (6) ambulatory residents.

Bedrooms: There were five (5) bedrooms designated for residents' use. Bedroom #1, bedroom #2, (vacant), bedroom #3 (vacant), bedroom #4 (vacant), and bedroom #5 are for private used by residents were properly furnished with appropriate dresser, beddings, and linens with sufficient lighting. .

Bathrooms: There are six (6) bathroom designated for residents' and staff use. The bathrooms were properly supplied and had functional fixtures. Bathroom #1 located outside of the facility by the patio beside the locked swimming pool and is for staff used. Bathroom #2 is by the facility entrance and receptionist. Hot water temperature was measured at 108.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Bathroom #3 is inside bedroom #5. Hot water temperature was measured at 112.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Bathroom #4 is inside bedroom #1.
