The inspector’s account

License Program Analysts (LPA) Luis De Leon conducted an unannounced annual required visit. LPAs met with Administrator Marcelo Dayao. The purpose of today’s visit was explained. The facility is licensed to serve thirty (30) ambulatory adults, ages of 18-59.

The LPA use the Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement Tool (CARE) during today’s inspection. The visit consisted as follows:

The facility is in a residential area and is made up of a two-story building, the building layout is as follows:

First Floor: eleven (11) Client bedrooms, one (1) staff bedroom, four (4) bathrooms and three (3) full bathrooms and one (1) full staff bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, patio, detached garage, and an office.

Second Floor: ten (10) client bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms and two (2) full bathrooms.

There was no body of water observed in the property. LPA tested water temperature on each floor of the facility (2 floors) and water temperature readings were

between 107.2-110.4 which is within the required range of 105-120 degrees F.

Due to time constraints, the annual inspection will be continued later. Exit interview was held and copies of reports LIC-809 were discussed and provided to Administrator Marcelo Dayao.
