The inspector’s account

On 09/02/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Troy Watson conducted an unannounced annual required visit using the CARE Inspection Tool. LPA met with the Administrator Jessica Patton and the purpose of today’s visit was explained. The facilities annual fees are current, and the facility is licensed to operate for (6) ambulatory, developmentally disabled or Mentally Ill) adults ages 18 through 59. Currently, the home has (3) clients. The clients are South Central Los Angeles Regional Center Clients. None of the clients have Restricted Health Care Conditions and none utilize postural support or protective devices.

3 client bedrooms, 2 common bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, and unattached garage which houses the washer and dryer and an outdoor shaded area.At 3:40 PM LPA and (Employee name) toured the inside and outside of the facility. All client rooms were checked. Mattresses and box springs were in good condition, adequate lighting was observed, plenty of dresser and closet space was observed. Walls and floors were clean and in good repair. Bed linens, comforters and bath towels were adequately stocked at the time of the visit. Bathrooms were found to be within Title 22 regulation.

Because of time constraints this annual inspection needs further time to complete and will have to be completed at another time.

An exit interview conducted with the Administrator Jessica Patton and a copy of this report was given to the Administrator Jessica Patton.
