On 08/13/2025 around 08:00am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jose Calderon initiated an announced Case Management - Other to Brittany House provide Technical Assistance to the above said facility.
The LPA Calderon requested copies of the facility's records which include but are not limited to staff and resident rosters, 5 resident records. LPA Calderon conducted an interview with Administrator Joel Niblett. The Administrator Joel Niblett will provide updated status of resident’s records are secured.
An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Joel Niblett and a hard copy was provided via email for signature.
