On 05/14/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorena Casillas arrived at facility for an required annual inspection however residents are at a 2nd emergency location due to plumbing issues, an SIR was already submitted. Statefarm insurance will be arriving today to inspect the flooring and walls for mold. At this time the annual inspection was not performed and LPA will return at a later date and time to attempt the annual.
House Manager Vashan Bobney will be contacting LPA to advise of progress in repairs.
