Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted a Case Management visit for the purpose of a capacity change. Upon arrival, LPA met with Jesse Quezada (Administrator) and who assisted with the visit.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility with Jesse Quezada and observed the facility to be in good repair. Replacement of all Resident bedroom doors are complete and increase of capacity change from 6 to 9 Resident was granted on 03/20/23 via Fire Safety Inspection.
