The inspector’s account

On 08/15/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pamela Bunker conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit to the above facility. LPA Bunker met with Administrator, Kim Post and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA was granted entry to the facility.

Kim Post and LPA Bunker toured the facility's buildings and grounds to observe and identify any signs of neglect, abuse, or other immediate health and safety threats. No signs of neglect or abuse were observed during today's visit.

LPA Bunker requested and reviewed the facility's Emergency Disaster Plan, the Sleep Record, and the Fire Watch Record. LPA Bunker observed the facility to be clean, safe, sanitary, and in good repair. LPA Bunker observed that the facility was fully staffed at the time of the visit.

Licensee Brenda Chandler stated that the Los Angeles County Building and Safety Department is experiencing a backlog. The plans have been submitted, and the fees have been paid. She will be following up there next week.

An exit interview was conducted with Kim Post, and a copy of this report was given.
