The inspector’s account

On Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., an in-person office meeting was held at the El Segundo Adult and Senior Regional Office. Present during the meeting were: Regional Manager (RM) Benita Yates, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Stephanie Cifuentes, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pamela Bunker, Licensee/Administrator Beverly Brinson, and Caregiver Jerry Brinson. The purpose of today's meeting was to obtain clarifications for the facility operations and discuss some concerns with the day to day operations.

During today's meeting, RM Yates discussed the following:

The facility will be referred to the Technical Support Program (TSP)

Administrative Actions - The Department is in the process of seeking revocation and immediate exclusion actions.
