On 1/23/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Socorro Leandro conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation visit regarding complaint control number 11-AS-20251218122037. LPA met with the Administrator, Sandra Lopez, and the purpose of the visit was explained.
LPA provided technical assistance regarding:
Assisting residents that use dentures - e.g. staff training's, resident appraisals, and physicians reports
