The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Cava conducted an Annual Required visit and inspection of the facility. LPA met with the administrator, Marine Gazdzhyan and explained the reason for the visit.

At approximately 9:20am, with the assistance of the administrator, LPA took a tour of the physical plant. Required postings were observed in the entry area. The smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector are dual and interconnected. The facility has one new fire extinguishers that was purchased on December 12, 2025. Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen.

Kitchen: The kitchen appliances and fixtures were functional. LPA found a sufficient amount of perishable and non-perishable food properly stored. Knives were stored in a locked drawer in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies were stored locked underneath the kitchen sink.

Bedrooms: There are five (5) bedrooms designated for client use. Bedrooms #1, #2, #3, and #5 are private. Bedroom #4 is shared. The applicant furnished the resident bedrooms with beds, night stand, chairs, dresser, bedding and linen. The bedrooms have sufficient lighting and closet space. Per STD 850, Bedroom #1 is cleared for fire-clearance.

Bathrooms: There are two (2) bathrooms designated for residents' use. Both bathrooms were properly supplied and had functional fixtures. Hot water temperature was measured between 109 and 114 degrees Fahrenheit. No cleaning supplies were observed in either bathrooms during the day of the inspection.
