Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Patrick Shanahan, arrived at the facility in order to conduct an infection control annual. The administrator was at the home and took the LPA's temperature and followed the COVID-19 protocol before allowing the LPA entry.
LPA was able to briefly tour the facility for health and safety concerns and none were observed. All staff members were observed to be wearing masks. The fire extinguisher was in the green and appeared functional.
No deficiencies or concerns were observed during this visit.
