LPAs met with staff, Atri Shoun, and advised him of the visit. The administrator, Lala Soghomonyan, joined after. During an annual and complaint visit that was made on 09/24/25, LPA Cava did not observe a minimum of one week and perishable foods for a minimum of two days shall be maintained on the premises to correct a citation that was previously issued. Licensee was issued this citation previously on 09/17/25, but failed to correct it by the POC date of 09/23/25. Licensee was cited again on 09/24/25, and issued a civil penalty for failure to correct.
