The inspector’s account

that staff can do the laundry. In addition to not buying the laundry detergent, the licensee is not paying staff their wage. Interview with one (1) of one staff regarding their pay could not confirm the allegation, but note this staff was just hired. Interview with this same staff also deny not meeting the residents laundry needs as staff was doing laundry on the day of the investigation. LPA was unable to interview administrator at this time, as administrator was unavailable on 09/24/25. LPA was unable to review facility finances and bank statements as staff did not have access to the licensee financial documents to verify sufficient funding. LPA did observe utilities, water, gas and electricity, to be in running order during the day of this investigaiton.

Based on the information obtained through interviews and observation, it could not be proven that the facility was in financial distress. Moreover, financial records could not be obtained for review as the facility has since closed on March 16, 2026. Therefore, the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated.
