During the visit, LPA discussed with Administrator Tittle 22 Reporting Requirements. It is imperative that any and all incidents pertaining to residents in care be reported to licensing within 24 hours and that a report be sent to licensing within seven days of the occurrence.
Exit interview conducted. A copy of the report was given to Administrator and signature was obtained.
