Facility Evaluation Report

A virtual Informal Meeting was held today for the purpose of discussing the Change of Ownership (CHOW). Present during today's meeting: Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alberto Lopez; Licensing Program Managers (LPMs) Lisa Hicks and Tony Vasallo; Licensees Holly Yuo, Peter Yuo, and Jan Yuo. Peter Yuo stated that his daughter Holly Yuo was authorized to speak on behalf of himself and his wife Jan You.

During todays' meeting, the Management and Operations Transfer Agreement and Closure Plan was discussed.

An exit interview was conducted with Licensees, Holly Yuo, Peter Yuo, and Jan Yuo.
