The inspector’s account

On 07/27/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gina Saucedo conducted a One (01) Year visit, Annual Visit. LPA explained the reason for the visit to Rosalie Alejandro, Administrator .

A tour of the physical plant was conducted at around 11:30 AM and the following was noted.

This is a one (1) story facility that consist of five (5) client bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms. The facility is currently occupying six (06) clients. The smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are dual and interconnected, they were tested and observed to be operational . The facility has three (3) fully charged fire extinguishers with an expiration date of 01/2027. A complete first aid kit was observed in the kitchen.

KITCHEN: The facility has a kitchen area that is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. There was an adequate supply of perishable and nonperishable food and dining ware to accommodate a maximum capacity of six (6) clients. Knives/sharps were observed locked in a kitchen drawer on your right-hand side. Cleaning solutions were observed inside a locked cabinet underneath the kitchen sink.

BEDROOMS: There are five (5) bedrooms designated for client use. The client rooms were furnished with the following, beds with linens, night stands, desk lamps, chairs, and dressers. There are four (4) client rooms that are single occupied. One (1) of the rooms is shared with two (2) clients.
