On 12/19/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ernand Dabuet initiated a Collateral visit at this facility. LPA met with facility manager Shelia Fikes. LPA explained the purpose of this visit is to gather information regarding a current complaint about Successful People LLC #198320126 Complaint number 11-AS-20240620131702 and deliver findings.
The investigation visit consisted of an interview with Sheila Fikes regarding the complaint investigation and provided with a copy of complaint report and appeal rights.
An exit interview was conducted with Shelia Fikes, and copy of the report was provided.
