On 7/20/2026 at 1:00pm, an office meeting was held by Licensing Program Manager(LPM) Stephanie Cifuentes, who was joined by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Troy Watson to discuss a request for an Emergency Notice to Operate and to confirm ownership with Stephanie Hicks, part of licensed partnership, whose partner passed away.
