The inspector’s account

At 10:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Panushkina, conducted a Case Management Visit at this facility. LPA met with Denise Ojarigi, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and explained the reason for the visit.

Collateral visit conducted to this location due to Montare at the Canyon 2 (2890 KANAN DUME RD, Malibu, CA 90265) is currently closed. This is in reference to the complaint, control #31-AS-20240129123614 for Montare at the Canyon 2 ( LIC#197610040). LPA will Amend two (2) reports, which will supersede reports (dated on 01/29/2024 and 02/08/2024 – dates of original reports) to correct the citations.

In addition, LPA issued correspondence letter that the department has identified a citation that was issued on 3/14/2024. This citation will be dismissed and corrected on report dated 04/14/202 6.
