Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Bureau Enforcement Analyst Ryan Chan arrived at the business office of Livewell Home Care Inc on 1/30/26 for a biennial inspection, EA met with Operations Manager Shunese Coran. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. EA was then shown to an area where the review of personnel and administrative files could be performed, there are not home care aides for this home care organization at this time. Upon completion of the file review EA discussed the findings of the inspection with Shunese and informed her that no discrepancies were found.
