On 03/06/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Wendy Gibbs, conducted an unannounced collateral visit at Bailey's Place Adult Community Center. LPA met with Director, Youlanda Williams, and explained the purpose of todays visit.
LPA conducted an interview with a client who resides at Bailey's Place.
LPA talked with director, in regards to the resident and if they have ever complained about where they reside.
LPA conducted an exit interview and a copy of this report was provided to the director.
