Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA), Ryan Chan, with the Home Care Services Branch (HCSB) conducted a virtual visit for the purpose of a biennial inspection, EA met with licensee Henna Taylor. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed during the virtual tour of the premises..

Per licensee, this home care organization (HCO) currently does not have any clients and no active home care aides (HCA). During the inspection, EA reviewed the HCO's business records including the insurance requirements. Upon completion of the file review EA discussed the findings of the inspection with the licensee and informed her there were no deficiencies noted.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the licensee via email.
