Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leslie Ngo-Castaneda arrive at the facility and staff refuse to open the door. LPA called the facility and spoke to Honorine Yapo to advise the reason of the visit. It was advised to LPA that facility administrator has COVID-19 and there are no clients at the facility. Due to the virus/ illness (COVID-19) at the facility, LPA will need to do another visit. Exit Interview conducted.
