LPAs met with Administrator Edward Parker, Jr and explained the purpose of the visit. The program is vendorized through the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center. The adult day program is licensed for 60 ambulatory Developmentally Disabled Adults, ages 18 through 59. There are 30 clients currently attending the program. The program does not manage medication but does provide breakfast and lunch.

The facility is a single-story structure with its own parking lot and consists of a reception area, three offices, three storage rooms, five program breakout rooms, locker area for client personal storage, kitchen, 4 bathrooms (2 for staff and 2 for clients) and a shaded patio area. There are four exits but currently the central entry is used as the main exit. The program site is clean, sanitary, and in good condition, all furnishings are in good repair with ample lighting. There are three fire extinguishers, one in the kitchen, one in the hallway and one by the exit door. All the fire extinguishers were charged on October 15. 2024.
