The inspector’s account

In regards to the allegation Staff speaks inappropriately to resident, Staff S1-S4 all stated that staff have not talked inappropriately to Client C1.

All stated that the Administrator has not talked inappropriate at all to Client C1. All stated that C1's boyfriend is very possessive and controlling and it's all coming from him.

All stated that the Administrator is a good person and goes by the book and has not made any lewd or inappropriate comments to Client C1 or to any client.

Administrator stated that this allegation is not true and unwarranted. Said he always talks with Client C1 and is patient explaining different things C1 may need assistance with.

Client C2 stated that the Administrator is a good person and never made bad comments to Client C1.

Said it is the other way around with Client C1 cursing at the Administrator who just brushes it off.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the complaint investigation of the allegation is unsubstantiated.

In regards to the allegation Staff are not permitting resident to have visitors, based on interviews conducted Client C2 stated that C2 was scared because of the threatening behavior of C1's boyfriend.

Said police had told the boyfriend he can't come here. Said other than that they are all allowed to have visitors.

Staff S1-S4 all stated that police said the boyfriend can't be here because they are cursed out and threatened. Also said they can have visitors, but regarding the boyfriend C2 and C3 are scared.

Administrator stated that they are allowed visitors and it is the police who said not be on the property.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the complaint investigation of the allegation is unsubstantiated.

In regards to the allegation Staff are not providing adequate food service, based on interviews conducted and tours of the food supply on 05/8/25 and today 09/25/25 there was a surplus supply of 2 day perishable and 7 day non- perishables.

Client C2 said it is not true that food is limited. Said C1 eats alot and they are not limited. They can eat whatever they want. Said no one tells them not to eat something.

Staff S1- S4 all stated that no one is limited. Said if they want a lot of food items they can have it.

Administrator stated that there is a sufficient amount of food and that no one tells them they are limited and don't tell them not to eat something.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the complaint investigation of the allegation is unsubstantiated.
