Complaint Investigation Report

A total of 8 residents were interviewed. Resident 3 through Resident 8 could not corroborate the allegations. These residents described S1 as kind, respectful and gentle.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
