Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Vaid conducted a health and safety visit to the facility. On 10/24/2025, Administrator Virgilio Agas informed the licensing department of his last day to be 11/14/25. As of 11/25/2025 the Arcadia Retirement Village has not submitted new administrator information to the licensing department. Therefore, the facility at Arcadia Retirement Village is presently without and does not have administrator.
