Facility Evaluation Report
This case management visit was conducted to address the facility Non-compliance with Title 22 regulations.
During the Emergency Evacuation Order affecting Altadena facilities due to Eaton Fire, this facility was approved for capacity increase waiver to retain a total of ten (10) clients (four (04) clients moved from the facility Robinson's Manor LIC# 191220547 ).
After Emergency Evacuation Order was lifted, the Licensee and Administrator were notified that the approved capacity waiver and conditional approved fire clearance no longer applies to facility Robinson Manor II and the capacity must be decreased from ten (10) to six ( 6) clients.
During the annual visit, conducted on 08/13/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Antonia Alvizar-Ettima readdress the issues and explained that the facility must comply with Title 22 regulations. After Emergency Evacuation Order was lifted, CCLD communicated with the Licensee and Administrator and they were advised that since Emergency Evacuation Orders was lifted a long time ago, they must reduce the capacity and comply with fire regulations.
Up to date Licensee failed to comply. Therefore, the facility will be cited, and immediate Civil Penalties will be assessed.
No immediate health and safety hazards were noted during this visit.
