The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alberto Lopez conducted a Case Management visit at the facility to follow up on East Los Angeles Regional Center recommendations of their inspection on 06/26/2025 LPA met with Anna Marie Elam, Administrator and Asfunso Elam and explained the reason for the visit.

80075(b)(5)(B) - Quetiapine 200 MG for C1 was not administered on 06/26/2025, but MAR was marked as given by staff and the medication was still in bubble pack on 06/26/2025

The other recommendations by East Los Angeles Regional Center do not appear to be title 22 violations and were not cited during today's visit.
