Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hansen arrived unannounced to conduct a Health and Safety inspection and met with Danelle Santoni, Interim Executive Director. The facility has 42 residents in care.

Upon arrival, LPA observed facility to be clean and at a comfortable temperature, plentiful food (see pics), and adequate staffing, with all utilities working. There are 29 assisted living residents and 13 memory care residents. No Health and Safety Risks were observed during today’s visit.

There were no deficiencies cited during today’s visit.
