Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hansen arrived unannounced to conduct a Health and Safety inspection and met with Administrator, Audreanna Verling. The facility has 43 residents in care.

Upon arrival, LPA observed facility to be clean and at a comfortable temperature, plentiful food, and adequate staffing, with all utilities working. There are 28 assisted living residents and 15 memory care residents. No Health and Safety Risks were observed during today’s visit.

There were no deficiencies cited during today’s visit.
