Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)'s Shawna Doucette and Daiquiri Boyd arrived at the facility to conduct an Annual Required Inspection. During the course of the inspection, LPA's observed additional deficiencies. LPA's met with Administrator Ana Liza Aratea.
LPA's observed baby monitors on the kitchen counter. After conducting interviews, it was determined the baby monitors are used to be able to listen to residents if they need assistance.
A copy of this report with plan of correction and appeal rights were provided to the Administrator.
