Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shawna Doucette arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Case Management for a POC. LPA was granted entry by Staff Normita Garcia. Staff contacted Administrator who responded to the facility to assist with the visit.

LPA observed baby monitors to no longer be present at the facility.
