Facility Evaluation Report

On 08/22/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived unannounced to the main office for Delano Association for .Developmentally Disabled (D.A.D.D) located at 618 Main St., to conduct an annual continuation visit to complete the review of staff and client files. LPA was greeted by office manager and Administrator designee, Angela Vazquez, stated the purpose of the visit and was allowed entry. Administrator was available via telephone during the visit.

LPA reviewed a sample of staff and client files and observed the records to have the required documentation, forms and training. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator. No deficiencies cited.
