Staff are stealing residents personal property

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shawna Doucette (LPA) conducted a visit to commence a complaint investigation. LPA discussed the purpose of the visit and the elements of the allegations with Administrator Nancy Cudal.

Based on records review, facility does not have a property list for R1 and R1 was missing property however it is unknown if staff stole the property.

Based on interviews, it is not determined whether or not Staff are stealing residents personal property. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
