The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shawna Doucette arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a case management regarding a missed medication on 09/01/25. LPA met with Administrator Sean Battle.

LPA reviewed C1's MAR. Based on statements and review of records, C1 missed a morning medication and was unable to obtain the medication to administer until 2 PM. Staff took C1 to Urgent Care.
