Resident and staff interviews also revealed the facility addressed the pests issue promptly. Therefore, the allegation, staff does not ensure facility is free of bed bugs/pests, is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
