Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sarah Hurt and Shawna Doucette conducted an unannounced facility visit to conduct a Case Management. LPA met with facility Administrator Perla Pena, and explained the purpose of today's visit.
LPA's observed bleach, and other sanitizing cleaning products stored on a separate shelf from food products in facility pantry.
