The inspector’s account

LPA Shawna Doucette arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Required Annual Inspection. LPA contacted Administrator Voncille McDaniel via telephone. Administrator stated there are no clients at the facility and she is currently out of town. LPA will return at a later date to complete the inspection.
