COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 24-AS-20230605121744

Staff did not seek timely medical attention

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) S. Doucette and LPM S. Moua conducted a joint inspection. The above complaint allegations were discussed and reviewed with Administrator Ramona (Mona).

The Department conducted interviews and reviewed resident’s files. Emergency services were sought for R1 after a fall. R1 was later discharged from the hospital and back to the facility. The above allegation is Unsubstantiated.
