On 08/10/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Walton arrived unannounced to conduct a case management inspection. LPA introduced self, stated the purpose of the visit and was granted entry to the facility. LPA met with Administrator, Marguerite Bruton.
The purpose of today's visit is to return resident records that were removed from the above facility on 08/08/2022.
No deficiencies issued during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was discussed and provided to Administrator, Marguerite Bruton, whose signature on this form confirms receipt of this document.
