Facility Evaluation Report
On 06/25/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Yang arrived announced to conduct a pre-licensing
inspection for the change of status/increase in capacity inspection. LPA met with Licensee/Administrator Tina Malhi. LPA introduced self and stated the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility inside and outside with Licensee.
The department received the fire clearance which was granted by Kern County Fire Department. Fire clearance was granted for an additional 4 non-ambulatory resident to occupy the dwelling for a total of 10 capacity.
The department has found room 1 is 13 feet by 15, room 2 is 13 feet by 15 feet, and room 5 is 10 feet by 11 feet is ready for increase for 2 residents to be occupant in each room at the facility for a total of 10 capacity. The department observed room 1, room 2, and room 5 to be adequately furnished with bed, dresser, and adequate lighting.
An exit interview was conducted. The department will send Licensee new license via mail. A copy of this
report was provided to Licensee, whose signature confirms receipt of this report.
