Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sarah Hurt and Shawna Doucette conducted an unannounced facility visit to conduct a Case Management. LPA met with facility Administrator Ty Scherer, and explained the purpose of today's visit.
The facility automatic fire sprinkler system is not in good repair and has wiring damage. The facility is in the process of repairing the wiring in the sprinkler system. The sprinkler system repairs should be completed by 07/17/2025.
The following deficiencies are being cited Per title 22 regulations.
