The inspector’s account

On 10/23/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection. LPA contacted Licensee, Tori Morgan by telephone who arrived a short time later to conduct inspection visit with LPA.

There are currently two (2) residents in care, both were at day program during today's inspection.

LPA conducted a complete tour of the facility. Facility was observed clean, odor free, and a comfortable temperature. Residents bedrooms observed to be adequately furnished. Resident bathroom toured, fixtures observed to be operational, water temperature measured at 111 degrees F. Kitchen toured, LPA observed facility to have a 2-day supply of perishable and a 7-day supply of non-perishable food available. bathrooms. Common areas were properly furnished and well-lit throughout. All medications observed to be locked and stored in kitchen cabinet. Medications observed to have original labels and be administered as prescribed.

Fire extinguisher was observed with a with purchase date of 8/14/2025. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors observed operational at time of inspection. Cleaning supplies and chemicals were observed in the locked under kitchen sink.

Outside of facility toured. All exits open free of obstruction. Pool observed to be locked and secured with a perimeter gate and not accessible to residents. .

No deficiencies cited during inspection. Exit Interview conducted and a copy of report provided for facility records.
