Facility Evaluation Report
On 08/04/2026, an informal meeting was held at the Fresno Regional Office. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss recently identified issues/concerns associated with the operation of the facility. The informal meeting process was explained during this meeting.

During this meeting, the following items were discussed:
The Department is requesting for the facility to write a written statement detailing how the facility will ensure that all client’s receive the care & supervision necessary to meet the client’s needs as well as documentation regarding the perimeter fence.
No deficiencies issued during this meeting. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Miranda Wright Administrator .
