Complaint Investigation Report

This agency has investigated the complaint alleging “Staff did not provide activities or outings for residents in care, Staff did not provide adequate care to residents, Staff are serving contaminated tea to residents in care, Staff spoke inappropriately to residents in care, Staff do not ensure that residents are cleaned properly” We have found that the complaint was UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened or is without a reasonable basis. We have found that the complaint was unfounded, therefore we have dismissed the complaint.
