Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On March 6, 2026, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst, Adrian Mangina conducted an announced virtual biennial Inspection via Teams of Heart & Hand In-Home Care LLC. Upon commencement, the Enforcement Analyst identified herself and presented her badge and Designee Jennifer McGrew Thomason displayed her administrator badge as identification. Veronica Garcia, Office Manager, also participated. Analyst reviewed employee files that were emailed previously. Designee completed a walk through of the Home Care Organization and Analyst observed the proper posting of License and business hours. Designee provided Analyst via email proof of valid professional liability policy, worker's compensation, and dishonesty bond.

Upon completion of the file review Analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with Ms. McGrew Thomason and informed Designee that no discrepancies were found.
