Facility Evaluation Report
At approximately 11:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this licensed adult day program unannounced, to conduct an Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Supportive Living Director Amy Holberg, toured the building and reviewed records. The Day Program was found to be clean and at a comfortable temperature with all exits free from obstruction. LPA observed several main client areas, furnished with tables, chairs, and other cushioned seating. Activity supplies were present. The outdoor area has a covered section to provide protection from the sun and rain. Facility has a kitchen but does not prepare meals. Clients bring their own lunches to program. Clients were engaged in painting concrete stepping stones during this inspection.
LPA reviewed 5 of 8 client files which were found to be well organized and contained all the required documentation.
Staff files contained the required documentation of completed training and first aid/CPR certification. Fire extinguishers were fully charged. Carbon monoxide detector was present. Facility conducts emergency drills monthly.
There were no deficiencies found in the areas inspected. No citations issued.
