At approximately 11:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to conduct a case management visit in regards to recent management changes. LPA met with Executive Director Alma Peralta and discussed various topics including reporting requirements. Former Executive Director Roger Endert's last day at the facility was 04/09/2025. LPA requested paperwork be sent to CCL to officially change the Administrator position to Alma.
