Complaint Investigation Report

General state of the building. Resident rooms were in good repair and the floors were clean. LPA interviewed staff regarding the procedure to clean dirty rooms. Each room is on a schedule to be cleaned once a week. When a spill occurs, housekeeping is contacted to address the issue.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
